Eligibility Criteria

Customers may initiate a return or replacement request under the following conditions:

1. The delivered product is defective, or physically damaged during transit

  • Must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is provided, with the sealed package unboxing clearly visible.
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded in a single take, without any cuts, edits, or interruptions.
  • Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect product must be clearly shown in the same video.

Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

2. Manufacturing defects and component failures 

  • Must be Reported within 7 Days. 
  • No Physical Damage on the product
  • Make a video of the issue you are facing.

3. Performance issues under normal usage conditions

  • Must be repotted within 7 Days 
  • No Physical Damage on the product
  • Make a video of the issue you are facing.

4. Technical malfunctions 

  • Must be Reported within 7 Days.
  • No Physical Damage on the product
  • Make a video of the issue you are facing.

Process Overview

1. Returns:

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

  2. Products must be returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • With all included accessories, manuals, and invoice

 2. Refunds & Replacement

  1. All refund requests are subject to verification of the unboxing video and supporting details.

  2. Upon successful validation, Full refund to the original payment method, or
    Product replacement  will be offered by Cyberwolf.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days from approval.

NOTE: Refunds, once approved, are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure eligibility for return, refund, or replacement, customers are advised to:

  • Record the unboxing video immediately upon delivery.

  • Handle the product and packaging with care during the unboxing process.

  • Preserve all original contents, packaging materials, and documentation.

  • Ensure that returned items are securely packed, unused, and free of damage post-delivery.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Cyberwolf reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the evidence provided.

  • No claim shall be entertained if:

  • The damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.

  • The unboxing video is missing, edited, unclear, or incomplete.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original source of payment.

  • Returns and replacements are valid only if all accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice are intact.
